CONTRACT {id}
for providing services for the participation at the digital exhibition "Digital Engineering Expo 2022"
(public offer)
USED DEFINITIONS
Exhibition operator or Operator – AB Capital s.r.o. company, registered at: Námestie SNP 13, Bratislava, 81106, Slovakia, that provides operational support for the Exhibition.
The exhibition - a digital exhibition event. Full name: "Digital Engineering Expo 2022". Short name: DEE 2022. Exhibition period: from 22/03/22 to 22/09/22 (6 months).
Digital exhibition format or Digital exhibition - exhibition activity in the online format using modern digital tools for communication and promotion of goods and services on a digital exhibition platform on the Internet.
Exhibitor - a legal or natural person performing an exposition of their goods and services at the Exhibition in digital format under the selected membership package. 
Visitor - a legal or natural person who has acquired the right (e-ticket) to visit the Exhibition in digital format, under the selected period of visit.
Virtual exposition - a digital format of the exhibition exposition using modern digital marketing tools for advertising and promotion of their products and services.
Platform - digital exhibition online platform e-Expo Online, located on the Internet at https://e-expo.online/. The owner is DEXEDNET OÜ. 
PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT
Exhibitor: {companyTitle}, {companyAddress}.
Exhibition operator: AB Capital s.r.o., Námestie SNP 13, Bratislava, 81106, Slovakia.
1.
THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1.
The Operator provides services to the Exhibitor in organising the exhibition of goods and services and their promotion in the format of the "Digital Engineering Expo 2022" Exhibition, and also provides additional services agreed by the Parties, and the Exhibitor undertakes to pay for these services.
2.1.
The exhibition will be held in digital format on the global digital exhibition platform e-Expo Online.
2.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1.
The Exhibitor independently registers for the Exhibition on the Internet.
2.2.
After opening the Exhibition site, the Exhibitor press the "Become an Exhibitor" button and follows the prompts in the window that opens:
•
selects the price package for participation in the Exhibition;
•
get acquainted with this Contract (public offer), indicates in the contract information requested by the Operator and confirms Contract's conditions;
•
gives consent to the processing of personal data and allows data's use on the Platform for the purposes of exhibition activities;
•
according to the invoice, pays for the services to the Organiser.
2.3.
The Operator checks the transfer of the Exhibitor's money transfer and confirms Exhibitor's participation in the Exhibition.
2.4.
After Operator’s confirmation, in the Exhibitor’s account, on the page of the list of virtual expositions, access to the virtual exposition designer appears.
2.5.
In case the Exhibitor refuses to continue to participate in the Exhibition, the Operator deactivates its Virtual exposition within 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt of the notice of refusal by the Exhibitor.
2.6.
If necessary, the Exhibitor can get a free consultation regarding the creation of a Virtual exhibition at the Exhibition.
2.7.
The Operator can assist in the development of a Virtual exposition as an additional paid service.
3.
EXHIBITOR'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Exhibitor's rights:
3.1.
To use the opportunities of the Exhibition to promote their products systematically and effectively.
3.2.
To receive from the Operator a free consultation on creating a virtual exposition.
3.3.
Participate in the online and offline side events of the Exhibition, present its technologies, solutions and products, under the selected participation package.
3.4.
To participate in online conferences, forums, Engineering Academy, as part of the Exhibition, as an expert, speaker or participant.
3.5.
After full payment of the cost of its participation in the Exhibition, to get a certain number of e-tickets for visiting the Exhibition for free according to the selected package.
3.6.
At any time, refuse to continue participating in the Exhibition by notifying the Operator. The cost of participation in the exhibition is not refundable to the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor's obligations:
3.7.
To publish a Virtual exposition of the company as well as the corporate programme.
3.8.
Timely register for online and offline events of the Exhibition.
3.9.
To publish an announcement of its corporate events and notify its clients.
3.10.
To actively communicate with Visitors, as well as participate in discussions and comments using the native messenger.
3.11.
Identify the employees responsible for communication with the Visitors and ensure a quick response to any questions from Visitors.
3.12.
Timely pay for additional services ordered from the Operator.
3.13.
Meet the minimum standards set by the Exhibition Operator for the Virtual Exposition and corporate programs of the exhibitor.
4.
OPERATOR'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Operator's rights:
4.1.
The Operator has the right to refuse to perform obligations under this Contract, having previously notified the Exhibitor about this no less than 7 (seven) calendar days.
4.2.
Suspend the participation of the Exhibitor in the Exhibition in case of violation by the Exhibitor of the terms of this Contract or the terms of the User Agreement for the e-Expo Online platform until the Exhibitor has completely eliminated the violations.
4.3.
To require the Exhibitor to comply with the working conditions on the Platform indicated in the User Agreement.
4.4.
To receive full payment for the services provided to the Exhibitor.
Operator's obligations:
4.5.
Within 24 (twenty-four) hours after confirmation of the terms of the Contract and payment by the Exhibitor, confirm the participation of the Exhibitor in the Exhibition on the e-Expo Online platform and provide the opportunity to create a Virtual exposition at the Exhibition.
4.6.
Provide the Exhibitor with consultations regarding participation in the Exhibition.
4.7.
In the case of an ordering by the Exhibitor of additional services, provide them in the agreed terms and with proper quality.
4.8.
To provide technical support to the Exhibitor regarding participation in the Exhibition and the creation of a Virtual exposition.
5.
COST OF SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PAYMENTS
5.1.
The cost of participation packages for the Exhibitor for a period of up to 6 (six) months is determined in the price list that the Exhibitor chooses during registration.
5.2.
Package selected by the Exhibitor – {tariffPlan}, package cost – {price} Euro.
5.3.
The Exhibitor shall pay the cost of participation in the Exhibition in accordance with the invoice received from the Operator one-time, in a single payment and in full extent.
6.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
6.1.
If disputes and disagreements arise, the Parties resolve them through negotiations and mutual consultations.
6.2.
If an agreement is not reached as a result of negotiations, the Parties shall submit the disputes to the court at the place of the defendant.
7.
OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1.
The Parties undertake to keep confidential all information regarding information constituting commercial secrets obtained during the implementation of this Contract, and in particular: technical, technological, organizational and commercial information.
7.2.
The Contract shall enter into force upon the payment by the Exhibitor of participation in the Exhibition and is valid until September 22, 2022.
