DEFINITIONS USED

Exhibition operator or Operator is AB Capital s.r.o. company, registered at: Námestie SNP 13, Bratislava, 81106, Slovakia, which provides operational support for the Exhibition.

The exhibition is a digital exhibition event. Full name: "Digital Engineering Expo 2022". Short name: DEE 2022. Exhibition period: from 22/03/2022 to 22/09/2022 (6 months).

Digital exhibition format or Digital exhibition is an exhibition activity in the online format using modern digital tools for communication and promotion of goods and services on a digital exhibition platform on the Internet.

Exhibitor is a legal entity or an individual that exposes its goods and services at the Exhibition in digital format and in accordance with the selected participation package.

Visitor is a legal entity or an individual who has acquired the right of access (e-ticket) to visit the Exhibition in digital format, in accordance with the selected visit period.

Virtual exposition is a digital format of the exhibition exposition with the use of modern digital marketing tools for advertising and promotion of goods and services.

Platform is the digital exhibition platform e-Expo Online, located on the Internet at https://e-expo.online/. The owner is DEXEDNET OÜ.

THE PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

Exhibitor: {companyTitle}, {companyAddress}.

Exhibition operator: AB Capital s.r.o., Námestie SNP 13, Bratislava, 81106, Slovakia.

1. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1	The Operator provides services to the Exhibitor for the organisation of the exhibition of goods and services and their promotion in the format of the Exhibition "Digital Engineering Expo 2022", as well as provides additional services agreed by the Parties, and the Exhibitor undertakes to pay for these services.
1.2	The exhibition will be held in a digital format on the global digital exhibition platform e-Expo Online.

2. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

2.1	The Exhibitor independently registers for the Exhibition at the Internet address.
2.2	After opening the Exhibition site, the Exhibitor press the "Become an Exhibitor" button and following the prompts in the window that opens: selects a price package for participation in the Exhibition; familiarizes with this Contract (public offer), specifies the information requested by the Operator in the Contract and confirms agreement with the terms of the Contract; gives consent to the processing of personal data and allows data's use on the Platform for the purposes of exhibition activities; according to the invoice issued, pays for exhibition services to the Operator.
2.3	The Operator verifies the crediting of the Exhibitor's money transfer and confirms Exhibitor's participation in the Exhibition.
2.4	After Operator’s confirmation, access to the virtual exposition constructor appears in the Exhibitor’s account, on the page of the list of virtual expositions.
2.5	If the Exhibitor refuses to continue participating in the Exhibition, the Operator deactivates its Virtual exposition within 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt of the notice of refusal by the Exhibitor.
2.6	If necessary, the Exhibitor can get a free consultation regarding the creation of a Virtual exposition at the Exhibition.
2.7	The Operator can assist in the development of a Virtual exposition as an additional paid service.

3. EXHIBITOR'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Exhibitor's rights:

3.1	Use the opportunities of the Exhibition for the systematic and effective promotion of their products.
3.2	Get a free consultation from Operator on creating a Virtual exposition.
3.3	Participate in related online and offline events of the Exhibition, present their technologies, solutions and products, in accordance with the selected participation package.
3.4	Participate in online conferences, forums, Engineering Academy, within the framework of the Exhibition, as an expert, speaker or participant.
3.5	After full payment of the cost of its participation in the Exhibition, to get a certain number of e-tickets for visiting the Exhibition for free by customers in accordance with the selected package.
3.6	Refuse to continue participating in the Exhibition at any time by notifying the Operator. The paid cost of participation in the exhibition is not refunded to the Exhibitor.

Exhibitor's obligations:

3.7	To publish a Virtual exposition of the company as well as the corporate programme.
3.8	Timely register for online and offline events of the Exhibition.
3.9	Publish an announcement of its corporate events and notify its clients.
3.10	To actively communicate with Visitors, as well as participate in discussions and comments using the native messenger.
3.11	Identify the employees responsible for communication with the Visitors and ensure a quick response to any questions from Visitors.
3.12	Pay for additional services ordered from the Operator in a timely manner.
3.13	Meet the minimum standards set by the Exhibition Operator for the Virtual Exposition and corporate programs of the exhibitor.

4. OPERATOR'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Operator's rights:

4.1	The Operator has the right to refuse to fulfill its obligations under this Contract, by notifying the Exhibitor about it at least 7 (seven) calendar days in advance.
4.2	Suspend the Exhibitor`s participation in the Exhibition in case of violation by the Exhibitor of the terms of this Contract or the terms of the User Agreement for the e-Expo Online platform until the time of complete elimination by the Exhibitor of the detected violations.
4.3	Require the Exhibitor to comply with the conditions of work on the Platform specified in the User Agreement.
4.4	To receive full payment for the services provided to the Exhibitor.

Operator's obligations:

4.5	Within 24 (twenty-four) hours after confirmation of the terms of the Contract and payment by the Exhibitor, confirm the participation of the Exhibitor in the Exhibition on the e-Expo Online platform and provide the opportunity to create a Virtual exposition at the Exhibition.
4.6	Provide the Exhibitor with consultations regarding participation in the Exhibition.
4.7	In the case of an ordering by the Exhibitor of additional services, provide them in the agreed terms and with proper quality.
4.8	To provide technical support to the Exhibitor regarding participation in the Exhibition and the creation of a Virtual exposition.

5. THE COST OF SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PAYMENTS

5.1	The cost of participation packages in the Exhibition for the Exhibitor for a period of up to 6 (six) months is determined in the price list that the Exhibitor selects during registration.
5.2	Package selected by the Exhibitor – {tariffPlan}, the cost of the package is {price} (excl. VAT) Euro.
5.3	The Exhibitor shall pay the cost of participation in the Exhibition according to the invoice received from the Operator one-time, in a single payment and in full extent.

6. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

6.1	In case of disputes and disagreements arise, the Parties resolve them through negotiations and mutual consultations.
6.2	If an agreement is not reached as a result of negotiations, the Parties shall submit the disputes to the court at the place of the defendant.

7. OTHER PROVISIONS

7.1	The Parties undertake to keep confidential all information regarding information constituting commercial secrets obtained during the implementation of this Contract, and in particular: technical, technological, organizational and commercial information.
7.2	The Contract comes into force from the moment the Exhibitor pays for participation in the Exhibition and is valid until September 22, 2022.

CONSENT TO THE COLLECTING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby grant to:

AB Capital s.r.o. (Exhibition Operator), with the registered office in Špitálska 53, Bratislava, 81101, Slovakia, IČO number: 51711109, and

DEXEDNET OÜ (digital exhibition platform e-Expo Online), with the registered office in Narva mnt 4, 10117, Tallinn, Harju maakond, registration number: 14327118

as a personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as "Controller”),

my free and voluntary consent to the processing of personal data to the extent of:

name and surname;
telephone number;
identity – education and experience and their levels;
photograph;
contact information – phone number, e-mail address;
any other information that Controller will use in such a way that its activities listed below can better be oriented on my needs;

with the aim of maximizing the effectiveness of my participation in the digital exhibition “Digital Engineering Expo 2022”.

This consent is granted for an unlimited period or until the moment in the future when I withdraw it electronically at any time at the email address [email protected]. I can withdraw my consent even before the expiration of the period for which it was granted. Revocation of the consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to withdrawal of consent.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSINGOF PERSONAL DATA

By this document Controller of personal data, provides information about the processing of your personal data and about your rights related to such processing.

The data processing takes place within your participation in the “Digital Engineering Expo 2022” exhibition.

Purpose of the data processing: Your personal data is used for informing about events, competitions, news subscriptions, establishing communication with exhibitors and visitors of the exhibition, advertisements or catalogue submissions and also for order of goods and services. Some personal information is also used to target the above messages.

Permission to process data: We are entitled to the data processing by your consent to the processing of personal data you have given to us. If you have not given us your consent, we will not process your personal data for this reason.

The categories of personal information we process: Identification data, contact details, descriptive data, business profile, product or service technical data, business history, communications, interactions and profiles derived from these data, network identifiers.

Data processing and archiving period: during the lifetime of your account. Remember, you may delete your account anytime.

Categories of processors or recipients to whom we may provide personal data: Exhibitors and Visitors of the Exhibition, marketing agencies, event agencies, media agencies, server operators, technical support, infoline.

Your personal data may be provided on request to public authorities, in particular to the courts, the Police of the Republic of Estonia and Slovakia and other law enforcement agencies to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law.

Personal data source: directly from you.

Automated decision-making based on personal information: we use automated decision-making and profiling as it is necessary for the performance of an Agreement, for example, automated payment of participation, when conducting customer analysis for marketing purposes, etc.
